无甲醛固色剂YD-5001主要用于活性、酸性等阴离子染料染色或印花的棉、粘胶、羊毛、丝纤维的固色，能有效提高染色纤维的色牢度，特别能改善浓深色织物的染色牢度，且对纤维的手感影响小，对设备的适应性广。YD-5001无德国政府提出的二十种禁用芳胺致癌物，符合环保纺织品要求。
YD-5001 mainly uses for reactive or acid dyeing and printing processes of cotton, viscose fiber, fleece, silk, etc. It will effectively improve the fastness of fabric and especially dark fabric, widely adapt for machinery, cause little negative influence on its handle. It can meet the environmental standard of EN14362, include no twenty kinds of aromatic amine carcinogen which issued by German government in 1994.

应 用：Usage:
YD-5001可以直接使用，但用量宜少，为了防止车间浪费，一般宜用水冲稀成3-6倍后使用，一般为5倍。
Can use directly in small amount. Generally, work shop uses after diluting with 3-6 water to save cost.
1、 YD-5001最宜用量需根据不同织物、不同染色方法、色泽深浅及不同固色方法而定，建议用户应先试样后投产最为稳妥。
Optimal dosage shall depend on specific fabric, its dyeing processes, color depth, dye-fixing technology, we strongly suggest you to test in laboratory before mass use.
一般地：
浸渍法：浅中色 0.1-0.5%（o.w.f.）
深色 0.3-1%（o.w.f）
浴比 1:10-20 温度 40-50℃ 时间 20-30分钟
浸轧法：二浸二轧 YD-5001 10-15g/L
Generally,
Dipping method:
Light color: 0.1-0.5%（o.w.f.）
Dark color: 0.3-1% （o.w.f）
Bath Ratio: 1:10 or 1:20 40-50℃ in 20-30 minutes
Pad-Dry-Cure Method:
Twice dipping twice padding 10-15g/L of YD-5001
2、 YD-5001直接加入固色浴中即可完全溶解，织物经水洗、皂洗再水洗后可干布进入固色浴，也可湿布进入固色浴，如在平洗机内皂洗，可在平洗机最后两槽内固色。固色浴可连续使用，只需适当补量。
Easy soluble and can add to bath directly. The fabric after washing and soaping, could be put into bath either in dry or in wet condition. If soaping in roller washing machine, dye-fixing could be operating in last two wash tanks, and continually using by adding adequate YD-5001.
注 意：Notice:
活性染料色牢度不但决定于染料牢度，染色后的洗涤也是至关重要，因此染色后必须经过充分的水洗、皂洗、再水洗，尤其是深浓色织物尚需经高温皂洗（90℃以上）水洗后再固色，效果更为明显。
In reactive dyeing, fastness is decided by not only colorant, but also its washing performance. Therefore, dye-fixing should be operating after washing-soaping-rewashing processes, even need high-temperature-soaping for dark fabrics more than 90℃, in order to get a better performance finally.
包 装：125kg塑桶
Package: 125kg plastic barrel.
贮 运：应贮存于阴凉、干燥通风处，贮存期为六个月。
Storage: six months, in cool, dry and ventilated place.
