本品以特殊改性聚硅氧烷为主要成份，采用国际先进的生产工艺和设备制造的新一代高浓度、高稳定消泡剂，具有消泡速度快，抑泡时间长，用量少（为常规消泡剂用量的1/10左右），使用成本低，且高温、低温都能适用，其性价比大大优于国内外同类产品。
With the main ingredients of special modified polysiloxane, YD-3003 is a new generation of high concentration and highly stable defoaming agent adopting advanced new technology. It has great defoaming capacity and long foam-inhibiting period, has benefits of smaller amount used (1/10 of normal defoamer), better performance, no matter of high or low temperature circumstances, lead to more cost saving.

用 法：Usage:
1、 消泡：将本品均匀地加入已形成的泡沫工作液中，加入量视泡沫量多少而定，一般为工作液的万分之一到万分之五，即可做到明显的效果。
De-foaming: add this agent into foaming solution, it will significantly eliminate the foam. The adding dosage depends on foaming solution, commonly one of ten thousand to five of ten thousand.
2、 抑泡：在泡沫末形成之前加入，即可抑泡。
foam inhibition: add the agent before the solution foaming.
用法举例：Cases for different usage:
1、 用于印染行业的染色及树脂工作液中，用量0.1‰—1.1‰
For colorant and resin working liquid of dyeing industry, 0.1‰—1.1‰
2、用于喷射溢流染色机中，先加入0.1‰消泡王,再加染料,可以抑止
泡沫产生。
In jet overflow dyeing machine, first add 0.1‰ defoamer, then add colorant, it can inhibit foaming.
2、 用于毛纺行业的洗呢，缩呢后冲洗程序中，加入0.1‰—0.2‰，可以缩短冲洗时间，减少落毛量。
In process of washing after sourcing or milling, add 0.1‰—0.2‰, it can shorten washing time, decrease wool falling.
3、 用于毛纺绳状染色机中，事先加入消泡王0.1‰—0.2‰，可以抑止泡沫产生。
In rope dyeing machine for wool spinning, add 0.1‰—0.2‰ in advanced, can inhibit foaming.
4、 用于染料生产中消除泡沫，用量为0.1‰—1‰
In colorant producing, add 0.1‰—1‰ to de-foam.
5、 涂料行业中可除泡沫，用量为0.1‰—0.3‰;粘合剂用量为0.1‰—1‰
In coating industry, add 0.1‰—0.3‰; 0.1‰—1‰ for adhesive.
6、 造纸行业中用于纸浆中用量为0.1‰—0.3‰
In pulp of paper industry, 0.1‰—0.3‰
7、 炼油及油田行业中用量0.1‰—1.1‰
In oil-refining of oilfield-related industries, 0.1‰—1.1‰.
包装及贮存：Package and storage:

▲本品在0℃以下可能会结冻，贮存温度过热可能在少量分层，只需摇动，不会影响使用效果。
This product could probably be freezing, or divided into layer over hot temperature, this will not affect the property of agent, just stir evenly.
▲使用前先用3-5倍水稀释。
Dilute the agent with 3-5 times of water before use.
