柔软剂YD-8602是专为配合现代纺织后整理工艺而研制的高分子量氨基改性硅柔软剂。它可用於一切纤维的柔软整理，在薄型面料上效果最佳，能赋予织物有耐洗水及爽滑柔软之丝质手感，柔软剂YD-8602是应用最新之做乳技术所配制的透明微乳液，因粒子极小，稳定性及渗透性也极佳。在正常的储存情况下，可保持两年内不破乳变质，影响加工质量。
YD-8602 is a special high-molecular weight modified amino silicon softener, for finishing treatment processes. It could be used for softening treatment of all fibers, especially for thin fabrics, also give the fabric washable and durable with better soft hand feeling. Comes from new emulsion technology, it is of stable and strong penetrability because of its infinitely small particles. It is capable of maintaining stable quality when storage for two years, in normal circumstances.
用 途：Application:
柔软剂YD-8602具有较高分子量，因此比一般氨基硅柔软剂有更爽滑，柔软及丝质之手感，而其耐水洗及低泛黄特性，更适用於高支全棉或混纺织物上。而在锦纶袜、绦纶仿真丝，高支纱羊毛薄型面料上手感特佳，柔软剂YD-8602并可提高织物撕裂强度与可缝纫性，耐磨性。
YD-8602 has a high molecule weight, so it could endow better property of soft and smooth hand feeling than normal amino softener. Its properties of washable and low-yellowing, make it better suit for pure cotton or blended fabrics. It can give a very good hand feeling on nylon socks, polyester silk-like fabrics, and high count wool yarn thin fabrics. YD-8602 can improve fabrics’ tearing strength and sew ability to sewing thread, high resistance against abrasion.

6、适用于各类纤维混纺织物。特别在薄型织物上能赋予织物如丝质般的爽滑柔软手感。
Available on kinds of fiber blended fabrics, particularly applied to thin fabrics with a better comfortable handle.
使用上应注意之事项：Noted:
1、乳液于使用前应适当地搅拌，并加适量冰醋酸，其PH值越低，手感越佳。
Stir the emulsion before use, add proper amount of glacial acetic acid, the lower its PH value, the better handle will it be.
2、如用浸轧法整理，当出现辊筒发粘的情况时，则可用温水调开，一般非离子洗涤剂与冰醋酸洗辊筒后再进行整理。
In pad-dry-cure treatment, if the roller gets stuck, mixing with proper amount of warm water, non-ionic detergent and glacial acetic acid to wash.
3、避免使用硬度过高或过碳之水用作稀释柔软剂YD-8602。
Avoid to use hard-water or carbonized water to dilute the agent.
4、当稀释柔软剂YD-8602时，应慢慢用水搅拌调开，避免过多泡沫产生。
When dilute the YD-8602, stir and mix up the agent with water slowly, to prevent it from foaming.
5、如用浸渍法，经有机硅处理之织物经脱水后应尽快烘干。
When in dipping treatment, the fabrics should take a stoving after silicon finishing as soon as possible.
6、经煮炼或染色后之织物应尽量清洗残留在织物上之余碱，以免影响整理质量。
Always rinse thoroughly to remove any residual alkali on the fabrics after sourcing and dyeing, to avoid quality influence.
7、20%柔软剂YD-8602用量一般为3-5%（o.w.f）。
The dosage is about 3-5% of O.W.F for 20% of the softener.

贮存及处理：Storage:
容器必须盖紧，贮存在常温中（20℃ ），并避免乳液结冰。
Keep the barrel closed, stored in normal temperature of 20℃, and avoid the emulsion to freeze.
