产品用途：application:
本品是一种无泡沫的高浓皂洗剂，适用于印染行业的染色和印花等领域的皂洗工艺。接加水稀释生产无泡皂洗剂，也可与表面活性剂复配生产防沾色皂洗剂。
YD-2003 is a kind of non-foaming high concentration soaping powder, applied for soaping process in dyeing and printing industry. Diluted with water, it becomes a non-foaming agent, and also good to compatible with surfactant to become an anti-color-sticky soaping agent.
作用机理：Function Mechanism
通过皂洗剂和染料的化学作用，洗脱与布面上未与纤维键合的染料，并利用皂洗剂的分散、络合作用去除洗下来的浮色。
Chemical action between soaping agent and colorant, will remove unwanted remaining colorant after dyeing, and remove color floating after washing, by its functions of dispersing and complexation.
功能特性：Characteristics
1. 具有一定的螯合、分散能力，防止硬水的沉淀，有效去除浮色
It has certain chelating, dispersing property, prevent precipitating in hard water, effectively remove color floating.
2. 任何温度条件下无泡沫，生产无泡皂洗剂
Generate no foam under any temperature, perfect material to produce non-foaming soaping agent.
3. 具有良好的配伍性，可与表面活性剂复配
With good compatibility, can be compatible with surfactants.
4. 稳定优良好，耐高温、耐强碱、强酸及强氧化剂
Quality stable, resistance of high temperature, strong alkali, strong acid, and strong oxidizer.

稀释处方及工艺：Dilution method:
1. 建议处方：稀释10-20%
Recommendation: diluted ratio of 10%-20%.
2.工 艺：水→搅拌80r/min→加入YD-2003搅拌均匀→过滤放料
Procedure: water→stirring 80r/min→add YD-2003 stir evenly→filtering and discharging
应用工艺：Usage:
皂洗 ： 推荐用量：YD-2003稀释20%，用量1.0～2.0 g/L
Soaping: recommended dosage: YD-2003 diluted in 20%, 1.0～2.0 g/L
包 装：Package:
25KG/密封袋，放置于阴凉通风处；避免高温，贮存期为6个月（湿度＜50%）
25kg Kraft bag. Storage: in cool and dry place, shelf life in six months.
