无泡皂洗粉系特殊阴离子表面活性剂。主要用于化纤、棉等纤维用分散染料、活性染料染色物的皂洗工程。具有优良的洗涤功能。经它洗涤的染色物色牢度好，色光艳丽。且无泡皂洗粉稀释液是低泡物质。
Non-foaming soaping powder of YD-2002, is a special kind of anionic surfactant, mainly used for soaping process of dispersing dyeing (like polyester) and reactive dyeing (cotton). It has excellent washing capacity, give fabrics good fastness and bright color. Its diluted solution has extreme low foaming property.

3、PH 值： 7~8（2%水溶液）

性能及用途：
1、 无泡皂洗粉具有优良的洗涤、乳化和分散功能，是一优秀的洗涤剂。它对分散染料、水解的活性染料等的浮色清洗具有优良效果。因此它适用于PET及棉的染色物或印花物之皂洗。
Excellent washing, emulsifying and dispersing property, also an excellent detergent. Obvious performance on color floating removal, no matter for dispersing colorant or soluble reactive colorant. Thus it is very suitable for soaping in dyeing and printing on polyester and cottons.
2、 无泡皂洗粉具有优良的乳化性能，因此，无泡皂洗粉也用于作棉针织物的匀染剂、洗涤剂。
Excellent emulsifying property, so it can also be used for leveling agent and detergent for cotton knitted fabric.
3、 用无泡皂洗粉洗涤的PET及棉针织染色物，其水洗牢度、摩损牢度等比用其它一般洗涤剂洗涤的产品要好。
Better fastness and less abrasion damage getting after washing on polyester and cotton, than traditional washing agent.
4、 无泡皂洗粉稀释液无泡沫，不会引起因泡沫而带来的工作效率降低的问题。
Its diluted solution with extreme low foam, will not influence on work efficiency decreasing caused by foaming.
5、 无泡皂洗粉耐硬水，耐电解质在洗涤工序中绝对没有浮渣之问题。
Good resistance to hard water and electrolyte, generate no floating dross in washing process.
用法及用量：Usage:
无泡皂洗粉的用量视被处理物的种类不同而异，以稀释3倍为例,一般以1--5g/L为准，并适宜增减。
Usage should base on fabric, generally diluted with twice water, 1-5g/L, add or subtract specifically.
用 量：无泡皂洗粉： 1--5g/L
Soaping powder: 1--5g/L
Na2CO3 ： 1—2g/L
50℃ 10—15min
稀释方法: Dilution method:
1、 溶解于60℃-80℃水中。
Soluble in water of 60℃-80℃
2、 边搅拌边加入无泡皂洗粉
Stirring, and add soaping powder at the same time.
包 装：25Kg纸袋
Package: 25kg Kraft bag.
贮 存：放置在阴凉干燥处。 贮存期：六个月
Storage: in cool and dry place, shelf life in six months.
