在染整工程中，皂洗质量直接影响到印染产品的色光、色牢度和成品质量。而传统的皂洗工艺均采用表面活性剂进行皂洗去浮色，不仅洗涤剂本身不易去尽，还会产生大量泡沫，耗用大量的水多次冲洗，费时费工，增加废水，浪费能源；并且易产生泡沫渍，皂渍等病疵，更为重要的是难以获得令人满意的皂洗效果。
In dyeing and finishing process, soaping performance would directly influence the fabrics’ shade, fastness, and quality related. Traditional soaping technology using the surfactant to remove color floating, making not only be difficult of self-washing, but also generate heavy foaming, which requiring multiple washing process, leading to more costing in time and manpower, wasting water and energy. Moreover, it easily produces foam and leave stain, hard to meet good performances.
随着染整技术和行业形势的发展，要求不断挺高生产效率，提高去浮色的速度和彻底性，提高染色牢度，使色光纯正，布面洁净。针对此种情况我公司特别开发了一种新颖的以马丙为主要成份的螯合型低泡皂洗剂，应用于皂洗效果令人满意。
With technology and textile industry developing, it requires constantly improving productivity, such as speed and thoroughness of removing color floating, fastness of accurate color,and clean of fabrics. One of good soaping agent with chelating and low foaming property, based on MAH-AM-MA Copolymer, developed by our company, achieves excellent performance in applications.

产品外观：淡黄色的粘稠液
Appearance： light yellow sticky liquid
pH 值：7-9（1%）
PH value: 7-9（1% solution）
溶 解 性：易溶于热水，低泡沫。
Solubility: easy to soluble in hot water, low foaming.
产品特性：Product characteristics：
1、 具有极佳的螯合、分散、悬浮、洗涤性能，可有效的去除浮色，保证色牢度，并使色光更为鲜艳、纯正，布面更为洁净。
Excellent chelating, dispersing, suspending, washing properties, effectively removing color floating, improving fastness, and making the fabrics brighter, accurate and clean.
2、 具有优异的防沾污性能，即使在95度下皂洗，也具有防沾污效果。
Excellent performance of dirt-pickup resistant, even soaping under 95 centigrade.
3、 用本品皂洗后对色光无不利影响。
No affecting on color shape.
4、 在皂洗搅拌时，也只产生微量泡沫。
Extreme low foaming, even in stirring.
产品应用：Usage:
建议用量：0.5~1g/L 使用条件：与普通洗涤剂相同。
Dosage: recommended 0.5~1g/L, applied condition in common with normal detergent.
注意事项：Precautions:
打开包装桶后将原液充分搅拌，防止沉淀
Stir the liquid evenly to prevent it precipitated after unpack the barrel.

Storage：six months under cool and dry place.
